How do I store my Cake?

When travelling back to your destination please ensure you keep your cake flat, cool and shaded. In a car, the passenger floor is the most suitable placement for travel. Air con is advised during warmer weather. It is not advised to travel on public transport with cakes. To encourage the correct manner of carrying your cake I do not provide bags. Keep your cake refrigerated and serve at room temperature. Please note I cannot take any responsibility for your order once it has left my premises.

When and what time can I collect my order?

I am open for orders Tuesday -Saturday, closed for orders Mondays & Sundays. The collection slots for availability will be shown at checkout. Please contact for any serious out of hours slot enquiries. ​

I can't see the cake I would like on your website, what should I do?

Please also refer to my Instagram, if you still cannot find an example of what you're looking for and want something specific please send over photos or a full description via email or WhatsApp. Please note I will not create carbon copies of another baker's work nor do I use fondant to cover cakes.

I have an allergy to note, can I still order?

All orders contain gluten, milk and egg. May also contain traces of nuts and soya. Due to being produced in a kitchen that handles all named allergens, allergen free products cannot be guaranteed. Please always inform me of any allergen information or concerns.

Will my cake look exactly the same?

Every product produced is handmade, it is never guaranteed for two cakes to look exactly the same. Efforts will however, be made to create the most accurate version of the design you desire. Any discrepancies regarding the finished design of your order must be dealt with on collection.

I need to cancel my order can I get a refund?

​Due to time it takes to prepare your precious orders there is a strict no-refund policy, however orders can be rescheduled within a minimum of two weeks' notice subject to availability, please contact to do so. Please be sure before booking.
